In parallel to our heavy investment in more efficient equipment and talented people, PENOX developped new products to improve batteries for energy storage:

• TBLS+^® in negative plates in combination with Advanced Expanders to develop the tetrabasic 4BS crystal structure.
• Pre-Mix RL+: blending of TBLS+^® in PENOX Red Lead.
• Master thesis in cooperation with University of Ilmenau/Germany and Fraunhofer ISC/Germany: Influence of inorganic seeding materials on structure and electro-chemical properties of positive active materials in modern lead-acid  batteries.
